About the role

Akromion, a leading orthopaedic and trauma hospital in Zagreb, is looking for dedicated medical nurses and technicians to join its clinical and surgical teams. The positions involve direct patient care in outpatient clinics, hospital wards, and operating rooms, with a focus on high‑quality service and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Poliklinika outpatient clinic, covering two daily shifts.
• Assist surgeons and support the operating room team as a medical technician or nurse during one shift.
• Deliver patient care on hospital wards, working rotating shifts.
• Manage surgical instruments and support the operating theatre as an instrument technician.
