About the role

Labtim ADRIA d.o.o. is looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain and service laboratory equipment for its customers in Zagreb and surrounding areas. The role combines technical work on‑site with direct customer support and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install new laboratory equipment and systems in customer labs.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance, qualification and servicing of laboratory equipment.
• Diagnose faults, carry out corrective repairs and document interventions.
• Provide technical support to users by phone and on‑site.
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules according to customer requirements.
• Prepare service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, administration and other departments.
• Participate in manufacturer training and internal professional development.

Required profile

• Higher education in electrical engineering, chemistry, physics, pharmacy or biochemistry.
• Team spirit, reliability, diligence and result‑orientation.
• Flexibility, willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Good business correspondence in Croatian.
• Ability to work independently on routine and emergency tasks.
