Clinical Research Associate

About the role

As a Clinical Research Associate at PSI CRO you will conduct monitoring activities across various therapeutic indications, ensuring the highest quality standards in clinical research.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits.
• Participate in study startup, perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution.
• Manage site communication, act as point of contact for internal support services and vendors.
• Support regulatory team with document preparation for study submissions and assist in audits and inspections.

Required profile

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of independent on‑site monitoring experience.
• Full working proficiency in English and Serbian.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
