About the role

We are looking for a qualified medical nurse or medical technician to work as a dental assistant in our Zagreb clinic. The successful candidate will support dentists during procedures and ensure a safe, well‑organized environment for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures.
• Prepare the treatment room and dental instruments.
• Manage sterilisation of instruments and disinfection of work surfaces.
• Communicate with patients and provide basic information about procedures.
• Maintain clinic records and perform administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, entering patient data into the system and handling billing.

Required profile

• Valid licence allowing independent work as a medical nurse or technician.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
• Friendly and courteous approach when dealing with patients.
• Ability to work independently and a desire for continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Effective use of internet resources for research and communication.
