About the role

The Agricultural Technologist will support the planning, execution and monitoring of field operations across multiple production sites in the Osijek and Virovitica regions. This role combines hands‑on work in soil preparation, sowing and crop care with data‑driven reporting and resource management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and carry out basic soil processing, seed preparation, sowing, crop care, transport and storage of harvested products.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly agricultural operation schedules.
• Record daily work reports of field staff and enter data into work orders.
• Conduct field visits to inspect crops and monitor growth.
• Calculate input consumption and yields based on sowing data per plot.

Required profile

• Higher education in agriculture (preferably crop‑focused).
• At least three years of experience in similar agricultural roles.
• Flexibility to work according to seasonal schedules.
• Computer literacy and ability to work independently.
• Responsible, reliable and able to collaborate within a team.

• Basic computer skills.
