About the role

The company seeks a dedicated waste sorting worker (male/female) to join its team in Croatia. The position involves separating waste streams, removing contaminants, and supporting primary waste processing operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, transport and sort various types of waste according to predefined categories.
• Identify and separate impurities and non‑recyclable materials.
• Operate basic sorting equipment safely and report any issues.
• Record quantities of sorted waste for internal reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sorting area.
• Follow all safety and environmental protection procedures.

Required profile

• Physical stamina for manual handling of waste.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate separation of contaminants.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented setting.
