About the role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Associate to join our team in Dugo Selo. The role involves managing employee records, supporting recruitment processes and assisting staff with everyday HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update personnel documentation, employee records and labour‑law related files.
• Participate in the full recruitment cycle – from posting ads to candidate communication, selection, interviews and onboarding.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers.
• Help organise internal trainings and employee development programmes.
• Monitor changes in labour legislation and ensure HR processes stay compliant.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR procedures and processes.
• Assist in planning internal events aimed at employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Prepare HR reports and analyses.
• Perform other HR‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Higher education (VŠS, VSS) preferably in economics, law, HR management or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR, administration or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation and HR documentation.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Responsible, independent and proactive attitude.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Enjoys working with people and approaches colleagues professionally.
• Willingness to learn and develop HR processes.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
