About the role

The company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to attract and select the best talent for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Organise and conduct selection procedures, including interviews and assessments.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for employee hiring.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies as needed.
• Record and report on selection activities.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Talentlyft application (preferred but not mandatory).
