About the role

The Sales Representative will join VINDIJA's professional team in Osijek, focusing on planning, organizing and coordinating sales activities within the region. After an initial training period, the role becomes independent, driving the company's market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate regional sales activities and implement sales policies.
• Collaborate with delivery points and sales outlets.
• Develop the sales‑distribution network to increase market share.
• Control and manage costs related to sales, distribution, marketing and other expenses.
• Monitor and collect receivables from customers.
• Prepare business documentation.

Required profile

• Higher or university degree.
• Category B driving licence and driving skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of English or German.
• Basic computer proficiency.
