About the role

The Department Manager will lead a store department within the KONZUM retail network, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for organizing staff, managing inventory, and maintaining the department’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, execute and control all operational tasks according to KONZUM procedures.
• Manage merchandise, administrative duties and stock levels.
• Schedule and supervise employees, ensuring optimal coverage.
• Train store staff for department-specific tasks.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Ensure the department is tidy and clean.

Required profile

• IV level (high‑school) education.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Strong organisational, communication and motivational abilities.
• Initiative, independence and flexibility.
• Willingness to adopt new processes and continuous learning.
• Passion for working with people and ability to recognise and develop team potential.
