About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of our retail outlet in Lećevica, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, optimise sales strategies and maintain high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage everyday store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise, train and develop the sales team.
• Optimise sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Analyse sales data and prepare reports.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels and order processing.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Proven experience in retail environments.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
• Knowledge of sales data analysis.
