About the role

The position is for a butcher who will work in various KONZUM stores across Croatia, handling the display, sale and preparation of fresh meat and meat products. You will interact directly with customers, offering advice and ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Display and sell meat and processed meat products.
• Prepare meat products according to established recipes and standards.
• Monitor and control expiration dates of fresh and packaged meat.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and hygiene of the department.
• Provide customers with product recommendations and culinary advice.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with a food‑service focus (butcher specialization).
• At least 6 months of experience in meat sales.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and commitment to service quality.
• Polite communication, neatness, responsibility and willingness to work in a team.
