About the role

The company is looking for a motivated sales agent to work in its call centre. You will interact with existing and potential customers by phone, presenting the company’s products and services and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone communication with existing and prospective customers.
• Present and sell products and services over the phone.
• Proactively contact potential buyers and manage sales leads.
• Prepare offers and close sales orders.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.
• Process orders and enter data into internal systems.
• Monitor sales progress and maintain communication with customers until completion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.
• Handle complaints and forward complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with other departments, especially logistics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of contacts, customers, and orders.
• Follow sales procedures, communication rules, and internal standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sales or call‑centre role.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours.
• Self‑reliant, responsible and capable of problem solving.
