About the role

The role covers everything from team leadership and quality supervision to the upkeep of rooms, public spaces and laundry operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms.
• Ensure public areas and corridors meet hotel standards.
• Oversee and coordinate housekeeping teams, monitoring performance and quality.
• Manage laundry processes and ensure timely turnaround of linens.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and address any issues promptly.
