About the role

Del posto d.o.o., an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Zagreb, is looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join its team. You will work in a vibrant, authentic Italian kitchen, supporting daily food preparation and ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation, chopping, and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations.
• Handle basic inventory tasks such as receiving and storing ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team during peak service periods.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Reliability, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of the Croatian language is preferred.
