About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our fashion retail locations. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store administration and documentation required for operation.
• Organise sales activities, shift planning, and track employee attendance and performance.
• Control inventory levels and verify correct pricing on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
• Implement daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal sales plans.
• Monitor sales performance of staff and provide coaching.
• Maintain the visual identity and merchandising standards of the store.
• Participate actively in the sales process.
• Train and develop store employees.

Required profile

• Strong teamwork and collegial spirit.
• Ability to organise work shifts and manage staff.
• Attention to detail in inventory and pricing.
• Commitment to achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools are required; proficiency with standard retail POS and inventory systems is beneficial.
