About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor who understands computers and IT equipment. You will work directly with customers in our Split store, helping them choose the right hardware and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers in selecting IT equipment such as computers, components, and mobile devices.
• Sell and present products, creating offers and processing orders.
• Handle product issuance, payment collection, and maintain the appearance of the sales floor.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone, ensuring a positive experience.
• Participate in company‑organized trainings and partner education sessions.
• Continuously work to create a positive user experience.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of computers and IT equipment.
• Strong desire to learn and acquire new knowledge.
• Result‑oriented mindset focused on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Preferably 1–2 years of previous work experience (not mandatory).
