About the role

The company is looking for a capable sales professional to work in its Vodice store, interacting directly with customers and contributing to increased sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Work in the store and warehouse, handling daily operations.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Receive goods from domestic and foreign suppliers and perform qualitative and quantitative checks.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Issue goods according to outbound documents.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with all internal departments (warehouse, accounting, procurement, marketing).
• Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Experience in sales and warehouse operations, preferably with knowledge of construction material assortments.
• Basic proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Driver’s license B category (optional).
• Initiative, proactivity, and quick adaptation to procedures.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Reliability, precision, and systematic work approach.
