About the role

Telemach Croatia is a fast‑growing telecom operator looking for a Procurement Specialist to support its purchasing activities. You will work closely with internal units and suppliers to ensure efficient, cost‑effective procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement procurement processes in line with internal rules and procedures.
• Coordinate internal departments and suppliers to ensure successful purchasing cycles.
• Report on status and key performance indicators of procurement activities.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the procurement process.
• Spot and realise opportunities for cost optimisation and savings.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education in economics, technical or social fields and at least 2 years of corporate procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities, decision‑making skills and basic financial literacy.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
