About the role

We are looking for a qualified Elektrotehničar to join our team in Split. The role involves installing, commissioning and maintaining high‑voltage, low‑voltage and technical protection systems for a variety of client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations of high‑voltage, low‑voltage and technical protection systems.
• Connect, commission and maintain electrical, antenna and communication installations, including fault detection and repair.
• Design and connect distribution boards for both high‑ and low‑voltage circuits.
• Independently use tools and measuring devices in daily work.
• Identify and resolve technical problems without supervision.
• Carry out additional field and preparatory activities as required.

Required profile

• Technical secondary or higher education (SSS/VŠS) in a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in similar electrical work.
• Willingness to work on‑site, including at heights.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment with flexible hours (shift work, weekends).
• Professional, proactive and responsible attitude.
