Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing the full business relationship with public procurement customers, promoting and selling A1 products and services. You will drive sales processes, acquire new corporate clients and maintain existing accounts while ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all segments of the business relationship and present A1 offerings to public procurement customers.
• Plan, execute and monitor the sales process to achieve targets.
• Acquire new business customers and nurture the existing client base.
• Organise daily meetings and visit customers on site.
• Calculate economic parameters of offers, ensure timely contract renewals and prepare initial proposals for new customers in line with company goals.
• Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction according to company standards.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, IT or ICT.
• Knowledge of public procurement law and related internal procedures is a plus.
• Proactive, responsible, team‑oriented and willing to continuously learn and adapt to telecom industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
