Solution Architect – Operate & Assist (m/f)

About the role

TP B&H is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and technical implementation of Operate & Assist solutions for GSM clients. The role blends data integration, architecture, and project management to deliver end‑to‑end implementations from design through Go‑Live.

Key responsibilities

• Develop solution architectures for Operate & Assist tools, ensuring technical feasibility and consistency before launch.
• Design and manage data flows between client systems and TP platforms, covering formats, interfaces, and data quality.
• Integrate BI/reporting solutions, especially Power BI, with operational data sources.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating client IT, internal QA, and operations teams.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in translation tools, system integrations, and related components.
• Identify automation and analytics opportunities, driving continuous improvement of technical standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer or Technical Project Manager.
• Proven track record implementing operational business technologies such as QA, BI, or workforce automation systems.
• Strong communication skills, self‑driven work ethic and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Data integration and system architecture (APIs, data flows, interfaces).
• Power BI – reporting, data modeling and integration.
• Workforce management, quality management or AI‑driven process solutions (knowledge bases, translation tools).
• Workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Power Automate) – a plus.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., PII redaction).
