Microsoft IT Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

Telemach Hrvatska is looking for a proactive and motivated professional to join its IT Operations team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the company’s Microsoft‑based server environment, ensuring high availability and security for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the IT server infrastructure built on Microsoft Windows operating systems and related technologies.
• Manage Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
• Monitor and operate virtual servers, storage services, applications, networks, and security policies.
• Participate in planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, including architecture, virtualization, security and scalability.
• Troubleshoot incidents such as service outages, security events and other technical problems.
• Implement updates and continuous improvements to infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with other technical departments to ensure service quality and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Higher education (VŠS/VSS) and interest in a corporate IT environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Initiative‑driven, innovative and detail‑oriented.
• Strong analytical abilities and good communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
