About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Accounting Referent to strengthen our finance team in Cavtat. If you are detail‑oriented, organized and have a passion for numbers, you will become a key part of our accounting department.

Key responsibilities

• Post incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Reconcile analytical cards of customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and generate various reports and records as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for the annual accounting closing.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and public institutions.
• Perform other administrative tasks within the accounting department.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education in economics (preferred).
• Relevant work experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Active knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Precision, responsibility and meticulousness.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Required skills

• MS Office (especially Excel).
• Familiarity with accounting software.
