About the role

School & School, a regional multidisciplinary school in Gračanica, is expanding its teaching staff to meet growing demand. The school seeks qualified educators across a wide range of subjects, from early childhood education to advanced sciences, arts and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate curricula for assigned subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments.
• Foster an inclusive, innovative learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students, parents and school leadership.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in interdisciplinary projects.
• Engage in continuous professional development and complete the school’s intensive certification program.

Required profile

• Completed higher education (e.g., 3+2 or 4+1 degree programmes) in the relevant field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Evidence of professional development, awards or competitions is desirable.
• Submission of CV, motivation letter, proof of qualifications and, preferably, a recommendation letter.
