Digital Learning Specialist (regional role) (m/f)

About the role

You will transform new technologies and modern ways of working into engaging, practical learning experiences that empower lawyers and business‑services professionals across multiple offices. The role combines content creation, training delivery and support for tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI‑driven legal tech.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital learning assets including e‑learning modules, videos, guides and interactive content.
• Deliver training sessions both online and in‑person to large groups of legal and support staff.
• Facilitate adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI legal‑tech solutions, ensuring smooth integration into daily workflows.
• Translate complex legal and technical topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date learning materials and continuously improve the learning ecosystem.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including hands‑on training delivery.
• Proven ability to simplify complex subjects for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable presenting to large groups, both virtually and face‑to‑face.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
