About the role
The health centre Novamed in Zagreb is seeking a dedicated Medicinska sestra or Medicinski tehničar to join its multidisciplinary team. You will work across several outpatient departments, providing direct patient care and supporting medical procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment for consultations and minor procedures in internal medicine, dermatology, gastroenterology, cardiology, proctology, ENT and other specialties.
- Assist physicians during medical interventions, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Provide attentive care to patients, addressing their needs before, during and after appointments.
- Manage patient scheduling and registration, maintaining accurate records.
- Perform routine administrative duties related to patient flow and documentation.
Required profile
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Proficient in handling daily clinical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant attitude toward colleagues and patients.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Relevant experience in nursing or medical technical work.
