Integrated Capacity Planner (m/f/d)

About the role

The Integrated Capacity Planner will lead end‑to‑end capacity planning across all departments, with a strong focus on Engineering. You will act as the central hub for aligning business priorities, resource demand, and available capacity, using data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full capacity planning process, ensuring alignment between business goals and resource availability.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs, resolve planning conflicts, and maintain transparency in resource allocation.
• Analyse and continuously improve planning methodologies, incorporating AI‑supported approaches where applicable.
• Use Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Excel VBA to generate insights, track KPIs, and support management decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise database‑driven capacity planning and reporting solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar engineering or capacity planning role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a business‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional planning activities and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
