Customer Support IT Help Desk (Remote)

About the role

The Customer Support IT Help Desk role at Forework involves onboarding new clients onto the UKG Ready platform and delivering ongoing software support across all modules. You will combine client‑facing service, system configuration, project coordination, and payroll accuracy to ensure high‑quality service for U.S.‑based business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation of UKG Ready, including kickoff meetings, requirement gathering, and configuration of payroll, timekeeping, and HR modules.
• Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshoot issues via email and virtual meetings, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
• Assist clients with payroll processing, file reviews, deadline management, and year‑end forms such as W‑2s and 1099s, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience supporting U.S.‑based businesses, with excellent English communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, and accountable attitude with the ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with the UKG Ready workforce management platform.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of $1,300 during the first six months, with potential increase to $25 k annualized and up to $35 k/year plus $300/month after 12 months.
• Fully remote work with EST 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
