Bookstore Advisor / Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Bookstore Advisor to join our team in Zagreb. You will be the face of the store, helping customers discover new titles and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Daily communication with customers and providing assistance
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions
• Ordering and receiving merchandise
• Maintaining attractive product displays and presentation
• Organising stock on the shop floor according to management directives
• Performing other duties related to the position as needed

Required profile

• Knowledge of domestic and foreign book authors is preferred
• Passion for working with books and multimedia content
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude toward customers
