Associate Case Processing Manager (ICSR Line Management)

About the role

Ergomed is hiring an Associate Case Processing Manager (line management position) in Jablanica, within its pharmacovigilance business. The role leads the team responsible for ICSR (adverse event reporting) management for a selected project or group of projects, acting as Team Leader and overseeing the workflow and task distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adequate distribution of tasks across assigned projects and teams and oversee the workflow process
• Support other activities of the project team on behalf of the client and the company
• Line manage assigned ICSR staff and act as the assigned team subject matter expert, supporting other SMEs
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, optimising procedures, training and other actions to improve team efficiency
• Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead and manage ICSR deviations with their support
• Review trackers and timesheet data and ensure accuracy
• Take part in ICSR case processing and second quality control of cases

Required profile

• Life sciences graduate, pharmacy, nursing or other healthcare-related qualification, or experience in pharmacovigilance
• Extensive pharmacovigilance experience, including demonstrated work experience in a line manager role
