About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in planning and executing a variety of events, webinars, and promotional activities. This position offers hands‑on experience in coordinating logistics, handling marketing materials, and preparing reports.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing workshops, lectures, and conferences, including equipment and material preparation.
• Support webinar planning, create invitations and visual assets.
• Archive departmental documentation and manage the marketing storage.
• Package and dispatch marketing materials, samples, and promotional items to partners.
• Maintain records of marketing assets and inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Education in biotechnology, biomedicine, pharmacy, medicine, or economics.
• Active knowledge of the English language.
• Proficiency with computer use and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
