Junior Marketing Specialist – Media & In‑Store Execution

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Zagreb. You will support the development and execution of media strategies across our brand portfolio while also contributing to in‑store activation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute media strategies that integrate TV, social, influencer and PR activities.
• Manage projects with external media, PR and creative agencies.
• Develop creative solutions and publish content on our social media channels.
• Moderate user‑generated content and respond to consumer inquiries promptly.
• Oversee in‑store execution, including the creation of point‑of‑sale materials with agencies, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Assist with marketing budget management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, trade marketing or media.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good presentation and communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a high sense of project ownership.
• Desire to acquire new skills and pursue personal development.
• Fluency in English.
