Project Intern (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Intern to support our influencer seeding campaigns. This full‑time internship offers a behind‑the‑scenes view of the influencer marketing industry and a chance to develop project coordination skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product packing, labeling and dispatch for influencer seeding campaigns.
• Perform on‑site quality assurance with fulfillment partners to ensure shipments meet brand standards.
• Track shipment status, identify delays and resolve issues with logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate seeding lists, shipping records and campaign timelines.
• Support the team in managing deliverables and task tracking across multiple campaigns.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare status updates, briefing documents and campaign reports.

Required profile

• Prior professional experience in an agency, e‑commerce, logistics, events or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English – the working language of the team.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused while handling multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
• Familiarity with the influencer and social‑media landscape is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Comfortable using Notion.
• Comfortable using Asana.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
