People Advisor

About the role

The People Advisor for Bosnia‑Herzegovina will lead all HR operations locally, implementing global initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws, and supporting culture, values and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes in close collaboration with line managers and talent acquisition.
• Oversee payroll, employment contracts and liaison with local labor offices, health, social and pension institutions.
• Ensure compliance with country‑specific employment legislation and internal HR policies, partnering with Compliance and Risk.
• Administer employee benefits, health & safety requirements, and support investigations.
• Adapt and implement People strategic initiatives, talent development, performance management and culture activation locally.
• Provide guidance on mobility, immigration and relocation matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Bosnia‑Herzegovina employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
