Technical Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to serve as a vital bridge between our internal teams and clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can advocate for both the company and our clients, ensuring that needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary post‑sales point of contact for clients, managing strategic communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Resolve complex client challenges, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Demonstrate how Sportradar products and services impact the client's business objectives and provide tailored solutions to maximize their return on investment.
• Lead and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption of Sportradar products and services.
• Conduct proactive client outreach based on account health metrics to foster long‑term partnerships and growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related role, ideally in the technology, sports, and/or gaming industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Languages: English and Portuguese required, Spanish optional.
