About the role

The Vehicle Registration Referent will support the technical inspection station in Rijeka by handling all administrative aspects of vehicle registration and technical inspection processes. This position ensures that documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with national regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process vehicle registration applications and technical inspection records.
• Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems.
• Communicate with government agencies to verify registration status.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to registration and inspection procedures.
• Prepare reports on registration activities and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with Croatian vehicle registration regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
