About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Triumph store located in Arena Centar, Zagreb. In this customer‑facing position you will represent the brand, assist shoppers, and help drive store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and advise customers on product selection, ensuring a high level of service.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards and merchandising displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash registers.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
Required profile
- Friendly and communicative attitude with a passion for retail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills.
