About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team across several locations in Croatia. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find the right products while ensuring the shop runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Sell merchandise to customers and provide product information.
• Stock and arrange shelves according to planograms.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist and advise customers throughout their shopping experience.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliability, precision, responsibility, and a team‑oriented attitude.
