About the role

Join the Deichmann team as a Salesperson in the Siget store of Zagreb. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers find the right footwear and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintain the sales floor, ensuring displays are tidy and merchandise is well presented.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Completed secondary vocational education (SSS).
• Motivation and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Responsibility, reliability, and a customer‑focused attitude.
