About the role
The position involves selling tickets at the counter for a taxi boat service. You will interact directly with passengers, process payments, and provide information in multiple languages.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and issue tickets for the taxi boat service.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide multilingual support.
- Maintain an orderly ticketing area and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Ability to communicate effectively in at least one foreign language.
- Comfortable working with cash and a point‑of‑sale system.
- Friendly and customer‑oriented attitude.
