About the role

AUTO1 Group is expanding its sales department across the Balkans and seeks a Mobile Sales Representative to promote its online automotive marketplace in Bosnia and Herzegovina. You will act as the face of the company, building relationships with car dealers and facilitating vehicle purchases through the AUTO1 platform.

Key responsibilities

• Present AUTO1’s digital trading platform to potential business partners and dealers interested in buying cars online.
• Acquire new partners, nurture long‑term relationships, and deepen existing collaborations.
• Organise and attend business meetings, travel to client locations, and maintain strong customer rapport.
• Showcase the best offers to buyers, analyse their needs and tailor proposals to match their purchasing strategies.
• Uphold and promote a positive corporate image.

Required profile

• Proven sales skills and solid knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Experience in car sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Willingness to schedule and conduct business meetings.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle (the role requires using your own car).
• Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
