About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic retail sales associates who will also work as cashiers in our stores across Croatia. You will interact directly with customers, ensure product freshness, and keep the checkout area running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Display merchandise, monitor expiration dates and keep shelves fully stocked.
• Price labeling and maintain product presentation in fresh‑food sections.
• Provide excellent customer service at the sales floor and at the cash register.
• Control product quality and freshness according to company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, sales space and equipment.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on service quality.
• Polite communication, neat appearance, responsibility and willingness to work in a team.
• Previous experience in similar retail or cashier roles is an advantage.

Required skills

• Operation of a PC‑based point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
