About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates (male/female) to join our United Colors of Benetton store. The role involves assisting customers with textile clothing and footwear, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, and supporting the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on product selection.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks.

Required profile

• Friendly and customer‑focused attitude.
• Good communication skills in Croatian.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic cash‑handling and POS system usage.
