Mid-Level QA Engineer

About the role

Atlantbh is expanding and is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-skilled QA Engineer passionate about software testing. The role suits someone who wants to grow their knowledge within a dynamic team of skilled professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage test suites
• Design automation projects from scratch or manage existing ones
• Write functional and end-to-end test scripts for web applications, APIs and CLI tools
• Gather project requirements from clients and give clear feedback on quality
• Create and use CI/CD workflows

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience
• Attention to detail and a knack for finding bugs
• Ability to think destructively to improve product quality
• Good written and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Required skills

• UI and API test automation
• Programming, preferably Java, JavaScript or Python
• Smoke, regression, positive/negative testing, test cases, test plans and bug reporting
• Basic knowledge of GIT and RESTful APIs
• Nice to have: Linux terminal, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
