About the role

Join Orbico's Shell Lubricants division as a Key Industrial Customer Manager. You will be responsible for nurturing strategic relationships with major industrial clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key industrial customers.
• Create and implement annual sales plans.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities, negotiate commercial terms, and participate in contract agreements.
• Monitor profitability, margins, and overall business results.
• Coordinate activities between sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
• Track inventory levels to guarantee optimal product availability.
• Analyze market trends and competitor actions.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers and prepare detailed reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Completed undergraduate or graduate degree in economics, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in key‑account management, sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Category B driving licence.
