About the role
The Procurement Assistant will support the purchasing process for upcoming investment projects, preparing tender documentation, managing the bidding procedure, and analysing received offers. You will also organise sample rooms, present suitable solutions and recommend optimal purchases for hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse cost estimates for planned investments.
- Prepare and issue tender documentation.
- Conduct competitive bidding processes.
- Evaluate and analyse supplier proposals.
- Set up sample rooms and present recommended solutions.
- Suggest cost‑effective procurement options.
Required profile
- Minimum university degree in Economics or a related field.
- Active knowledge of the English language.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proactive, responsible and accurate work attitude.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Preferably experience in similar roles and understanding of hotel equipment specifications.
