About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Rijeka. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processing of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer inquiries.
• Handle phone and written communication with customers, suppliers and business partners.
• Assist in preparing offers, cost estimates, purchase orders and other sales documents.
• Enter and update data on customers, offers and projects.
• Track the status of offers, orders, deliveries and contract execution.
• Collect technical and commercial data needed for offer preparation.
• Coordinate with technical service, warehouse, accounting and management.
• Support documentation preparation for public and simple procurements.
• Maintain, archive and manage sales documentation.
• Create basic reports, tables and overviews of sales activities.
• Schedule meetings and keep track of deadlines.
• Monitor and record contracts, purchase orders and other business documents.
• Perform other administrative and organizational tasks related to sales.

Required profile

• Higher education in electrical engineering or another technical/economic field.
• Interest in new technologies.
• High level of responsibility, pro‑activity and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
