Senior Marketing Specialist (GHL, B2B SaaS Content)

About the role

Huzzle places candidates directly with its clients, who are in-house employees. Your client is a technology consultancy and systems integrator working with mid-market and enterprise organisations on automation, CRM optimisation and custom software. The role is a Senior Marketing Specialist for a team supporting elite B2B SaaS founders, building a content engine from raw founder insights into social and digital content. It is full-time and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Review founder calls and transcripts to turn key points into short-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers and short-form video scripts
• Set up and maintain the operational tools (Slack, FeedHive, Castmagic) so content is reviewed, approved and scheduled
• Act as the main operational contact for founders, gathering approvals and feedback
• Manage the social media stack, posting schedules and light community engagement
• Oversee LinkedIn outreach and posting automation
• Manage the email marketing pipeline, including list curation, templates (ideally in GoHighLevel) and outbound sequences
• Bonus: help set up and monitor basic ad spend for top-performing content

Required profile

• Proven experience setting up and running marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services
• Pragmatic copywriting, using AI tools efficiently while keeping a professional tone
• Attention to detail and process-building mindset
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Nice to have: experience with FeedHive, Castmagic and Apollo, paid social ads and A/B testing, basic video editing or design, interest in linking marketing to revenue
