Sales Representative (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves field sales, building and maintaining relationships with retail customers, and promoting our product range.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality relationships with existing retail customers.
• Conduct active field sales and present our product assortment.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales dynamics.
• Create orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage merchandising and product positioning at sales points.
• Report regularly on sales activities and results.
• Provide customer support and resolve inquiries.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in similar sales positions, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and active driver.
• Basic knowledge of English (A2 level).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, independent, responsible and results‑oriented.
• Highly organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
